Support a premium LSE listed company with writing their first TCFD report for the Annual Financial Report. Tight deadline to meet audit and publication timelines.
The Actions
Ran a structured 4-month project with weekly progress meetings in collaboration with client contacts and PR agency. Delivered in two key phases:
Phase 1: Initial research, custom questionnaire, Board engagement guidance, report structure advice
Phase 2: Risk & Opportunity framework alignment, GHG assessment, data collection across subsidiaries and content drafting
The Outcomes and Impact
Delivered FCA-compliant TCFD disclosure providing a clear structure for future TCFD reporting and commitments. Conducted a benchmark GHG assessment and equipped the client with a gap analysis, roadmap, and action plan. Built a strong, trusted working relationship and ongoing support on following reporting periods.
The Ambition
Design and deliver a global internal workshop series to educate and inspire employees on the Circular Economy as part of their internal Circular Accelerator Project. Ensure accessibility across time zones with live Q&A and recorded content. Equip teams ahead of ideation sessions for embedding circular practices in operations
